When I spoke with Kenzie one evening recently, she was taking a quick break from her catering work at a wedding venue. “I knew what I wanted,” she explained. “I had the plans all drawn up and as soon as we moved into our new home, we started saving for a chef’s kitchen“. I was convinced she needed one too–after she told me that she cooks three meals a day for her family at least five days a week, runs a catering business, and a food truck. Think: Super-Woman.

The new kitchen is exactly what she had imagined. The pantry has wood sliding barn doors that adds character to the space. And the long wall is finished with a brick backsplash and open shelving. The luxury vinyl flooring is practical and will last a lifetime. Kenzie loves the butcher block island and the wide open space!
I asked Kenzie what she thought when she walked in her Chef’s Kitchen for the first time.
I was dumbfounded. It only took five days! I still can’t believe it! It is just amazing; and everything was done with quality workmanship.
Dave and his team are phenomenal. I went in with my dream chef’s kitchen design and after a few tweaks based on Dave’s expertise, they made it come to life.
Today, Kenzie runs The Breakfast Food Truck in Logan, Utah. She serves up waffles, biscuits, and crepes with amazing toppings! And everything is Gluten-Free! We wish you the very best Kenzie!
