Hi, I’m Michael, owner of 3 Day Kitchen & Bath – NKY.
My path into remodeling wasn’t the traditional one. I earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and spent about 15 years building a career in tax before deciding it was time for something different. While accounting taught me the importance of precision, planning, and attention to detail, I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands. From remodeling projects during college to tackling countless DIY renovations over the years, I’ve always found satisfaction in transforming spaces and solving problems.
After 15 years in accounting, I realized I wanted to build something where I could combine my strengths in planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail with my passion for improving homes. That journey led me to 3 Day Kitchen & Bath and a proven remodeling process that has been refined by a network of professionals over nearly three decades.
What drew me to 3 Day Kitchen & Bath wasn’t just the ability to create beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, it was the commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end. The process is designed around careful planning, efficient execution, and providing homeowners with a remodeling experience that is organized, predictable, and enjoyable.
One of the greatest strengths of the 3 Day Kitchen & Bath network is the opportunity to learn from other experienced owners across the country. Every week, we share ideas, successes, challenges, and lessons learned so we can continually improve the experience we provide our customers. That collaboration allows us to refine our process and deliver a level of service that’s difficult to find in the remodeling industry.
My goal is simple: I want every homeowner to feel confident, cared for, and genuinely delighted throughout the entire remodeling experience. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we strive to provide a premium, white-glove experience built on clear communication, thoughtful planning, respect for your home, and exceptional craftsmanship. I don’t want you to simply love your finished kitchen or bathroom, I want you to enjoy the entire journey of getting there.
Integrity is at the heart of how I do business. I believe a good reputation is earned by doing the right thing, standing behind our work, and treating every home as if it were our own. When I’m not working with homeowners, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and our four young children, staying active, watching sports (especially cheering on the Green Bay Packers), or enjoying time with our church community.

Your dedicated team. The people who design your kitchen carry the plan through to the finish, and one project manager owns your job from the first appointment to the final walkthrough. You always know who is in your home and who to call.
Is the price fixed before you start?
Yes. You get a written price and a written timeline before any demolition begins, and we hold to them. Selections are made up front so there are no mid-project change orders driving the number up.
Do I have to live without a kitchen for weeks?
No. That is the whole point of the way we work. Because the design is settled and every cabinet, countertop and fixture is on site before we start, the disruptive part is measured in days, not months.
Can you do a bathroom remodel if it is our only bathroom?
Yes, and it is a common request. We sequence the work so the room is out of service for the shortest possible stretch, and we tell you up front exactly which days that will be.
Do you offer free consultations in Northern Kentucky?
