I have lived in Webster Groves for more than 20 years, our kids have come up through the Webster Groves schools, and I have spent more than five years as a real estate agent with Keller Williams walking through homes across Kirkwood, Affton, Sunset Hills and South County. That is the lens I bring to your project. I will tell you where your money holds its value and where it does not, and I have talked a homeowner out of a kitchen when a move was a month away.
I handle your consultation and design myself and narrow the wish list to a plan that fits your budget. From there a lead installer runs our trusted team of electricians, plumbers and drywallers, who treat your home like their own. We work in a lot of 100-year-old Webster and Kirkwood houses and brick South County ranches, so we know what hides behind the walls, and the price we put in writing is the price you pay even when old plaster or cast iron pipe surprises us. Two projects I am proudest of so far: a couple who waited 20 years and got their kitchen before retirement, and a 94-year-old who can shower safely at home again after we replaced a tub she could no longer step into with a walk-in shower, grab bars and a seat. I lean toward timeless materials that are easy to live with and easy to clean, with a pop of color where you want one.
