Rheese Vasko, Owner
Tracie Riordan, Owner
Rheese Vasko and her mother, Tracie Riordan, own and operate 3 Day Kitchen & Bath Austin, serving homeowners throughout South and Southwest Austin, including Westlake, Sunset Valley, Circle C, Dripping Springs, and Buda.
Rheese brings more than a decade of experience in operations, project management, and commercial kitchen design. Before 3 Day Kitchen & Bath, she spent years designing and managing commercial kitchen projects, from measuring and space planning through construction coordination and completion. Today, she oversees the Austin business and serves as a primary point of contact throughout the renovation process, helping keep projects organized, communication clear, and every detail moving forward.
Tracie brings decades of interior design experience and a background in art, leading the design and material selection process. Together, they help homeowners create custom kitchens and bathrooms that feel personal to the home and the people who live there, from established Austin homes ready for a thoughtful update to newer spaces that need more character and functionality.
Every project is carefully planned before construction begins, with a clear price and timeline established upfront. The result is a more thoughtfully managed kitchen or bathroom renovation designed to minimize disruption while delivering a beautiful, custom space.
Clear Roles, Written Commitments
Done in Days, Not Months
How long does a remodel usually take?
That depends on the approach. Because every decision is made and every material is on hand before we start, our part is measured in days.
Most projects finish in 3 to 7 days; larger or multi-room projects run longer, shown by the lighter bar. Ranges for the other approaches are industry averages from our remodeling FAQ. Your project’s exact timeline is quoted in writing and guaranteed before work begins.
