Done in Days, Not Months
How long does a kitchen remodel usually take?
That depends on the approach. Because every decision is made and every material is on hand before we start, our part is measured in days.
Most projects finish in 3 to 7 days; larger or multi-room projects run longer, shown by the lighter bar. Ranges for the other approaches are industry averages from our remodeling FAQ. Your project’s exact timeline is quoted in writing and guaranteed before work begins.

Reviews from Austin and other 3 Day Kitchen & Bath locations
What Austin homeowners can expect
I had a great experience with 3 Day Kitchen and Bath. The whole process was pretty smooth, and the team was friendly and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, did a really nice job, and paid attention to the little details. The kitchen looks great, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely recommend them.
Taylor was very helpful with details and suggestions as we replaced kitchen cabinets and countertops. His crew completed work on time and within expected cost. They were attentive to little things, even after the install.
Adam was very professional. He stuck to his timeline and one of his employees even came in on a Saturday to make sure there were no delays. After the project was finished, Adam fixed any minor blemishes we noticed with no debate. I would recommend him for any kitchen renovation.

Questions we get
Questions Austin homeowners ask
Who designs my kitchen?
Tracie Riordan handles design and selections for the Austin team, working with you on layout, cabinets, countertops, hardware and lighting. Every choice is final before materials are ordered. Rheese Vasko stays your point of contact and runs the project through the final walkthrough.
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Austin?
Most kitchens take 3 to 7 days on site, and larger projects run longer. Because everything is ordered and on hand before demolition, the crew can work steadily once they start. Your written timeline is set before work begins, so you can plan meals and schedules around it.
Can you add an island or open up my kitchen?
Layout changes like adding an island or opening a wall are talked through during the in-home consultation. The team measures, looks at what is workable in your house, and builds any layout change into the written price and plan before work starts, so nothing is decided on the fly.
Who is in my house during the kitchen work?
A lead installer who is a carpenter by trade oversees the crew on site. Rheese Vasko is the person you call with questions and runs the project from start to finish. You always know who is in your home and who is responsible for the work.
Do you remodel kitchens in Round Rock and Cedar Park?
Yes. Although the team is based in South Austin, it works north in Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Georgetown as well as west in Westlake, Bee Cave and Lakeway. The free consultation and the process are the same in every part of the service area.
Will the kitchen cost change once demolition starts?
Your written price is set before work begins, and it is based on selections you have already made with Tracie. With cabinets, countertops and fixtures decided up front, there are no mid-project change orders driving the price up once the old kitchen is out.
