Can our family stay somewhere else during the remodel?

Can you fix a squeaky kitchen floor while you are remodeling?
Yes. In one Utah County kitchen about 40 years old, the crew removed the old flooring and the subfloor beneath it and installed a new floor that no longer squeaks. If your floor flexes or creaks, mention it at the design visit so the subfloor work is part of the written price from the start.
Can we keep our current appliances?
Yes. One Utah County family had a complete kitchen overhaul while keeping appliances that were less than a year old. Tyler plans the cabinet layout around the appliances you keep, and anything new you choose is selected during design so it is on hand before demolition.
